How We Do It

R&D Process

According to the new market trend, popular pantone color or a fresh concept, it comes up with an idea: a brand-new creation or an innovative adaptation or extension to an existing product or a creative solution to a product performance. Our engineers take these ideas and bring them to life. We’ll share with our target customers 3D drawing first, and make them out by 3D printing machine. After all details revised and confirmed, we’ll start the tooling and test the production in small qty, then go to the mass production.

Strict Quality Control

Good Quality is relied on detailed quality standard, strict process follow-up, and final inspection. Ice-breaking meeting is always needed before we launch new products or start new orders to make sure each department is aware of the quality requirement and their duty in each timing. Technique Manual, Quality Control Manual and PP sample must be ready before mass production to ensure the final quality. We treat quality as our business basement, which must be enhanced always.
